Article marketing is not a way of making money online. It is a way of promoting yourself and can be used to help you make money no matter what kind of money-making method you are using. Wish I’d made the show – sounds like it would have been great.
Based on my own experiences the other great benefit to article marketing is back linking (expecially anchor bank links). It’s a great way to rank more highly for your chosen keyword.
Article marketing takes time. It’s really hard work but it does pay off in the long term.
I do however agree that article marketing itself is not a way of making money directly and it doesn’t always result in traffic with the exception of Ezine articles.

Just wanted to highlight the importance of search engine optimization tools in achieving good search engine rankings. By this I mean article spinners which greatly reduce the amount of time that you need to spend article marketing. There are also other great ways of driving traffic like commenting on blogs and other people’s articles.
