Article Distribution The Quick, Easy Way

When you submit your articles to article directories, do you notify your friends your social networks? There is perhaps no better way to use viral marketing to spread the word about your new articles. Here’s my recommended strategy for getting your articles distributed widely through friends and strangers:

• Submit each article once through iSnare
• Choose 10 article directories and manually submit each article
• Select a handful of social bookmarking site (3-5) and bookmark your article at each site
• Notify all your contacts/friends of each of those bookmarking sites of your new article and ask them to vote on it; also, be sure to ask them to send your article to their friends
• If you belong to any social networking sites, submit your article there as well; many social networking sites have article directories and/or blogs that you can write
• After you submit your articles to your social networks, send a message to all of your friends through the network letting them know of your article; again, ask them to send it to all of their friends

The idea here is to distribute your articles widely. As widely as you can. The more people you let know of your article then the better your chances of that article getting picked up by an e-zine publisher. Remember, the people you know are more likely to help you than you people you don’t know.
