Do You Have A Squeeze Page?

When it comes to article marketing, successful Internet marketers set up a squeeze page, also called a landing page. Your squeeze page need not be super-detailed. It can be a simple page that is set up to take in opt-ins for your newsletter or e-zine. But it doesn’t have to be that either. It DOES need to be focused on one goal. Goals for a squeeze page can include:

  • Newsletter or e-zine opt-ins
  • Sale of a particular product
  • Free downloads
  • Sign up for an e-course
  • Listen to a podcast or watch a video
  • Any specific action you want your visitor to take

Your squeeze page should be focused on one goal. What action do you want your visitor to take? Focus your squeeze page on that one action and use article marketing to drive traffic to that squeeze page. And don’t have any exit links on that page. Make sure that all the content on that page is written to drive your visitor to the desired course of action. If you do that then you’ll find that you’ll be a lot more successful at article marketing.

Hi Allen,

This is a good idea which I think we might employ with a pet photo contest we’re planning.

Good info!
